The pool was good, and my kid enjoyed the soft play. the lodge had good size. i liked the kitchen. It had a dishwasher and washing machine. wifi was a bonus.
The reception was uninviting. The staff seemed disinterested on my arrival.

the park is near the new forest, so it is perfect for exploring. walks are lovely, and you see great views right from the park. even a secure field exists for dogs to run off-lead.

The onsite shop felt independent. It had a nice range of goods. my family loved the alpaca walk, and the activities are very good for kids. the hot tub got monitored twice a day by staff.

there are some restaurant, but it was closed for a few days . this forced me to eat out everyday, and nobody told me about this. it was bad.

the lodge was spacious, and i had everything i needed. my lodge was clean, well presented and modern. the bedrooms were spacious, and the en-suite was good. the sofa bed was also comfortable.

The site had great facilities and so much for the kids. the bars and shop stocked everything needed, and the food was great! the pool was lovely and clean. The parks were great for children. the zen 12 lodge we stayed in was lovely and clean with everything we needed. the welcome pack for us and the dogs was a lovely touch. vouchers for food and drinks were really great, we used them all!
the lodge was rotten and it was very clear a dog had been in it. the dishwasher did not work, and i wish i had known that before! maps are needed because they do not show the location. those are pretty useless.

the staff remembered kids' names and helped them along, showing great attention. staff really tried to. regularly checking the cleanliness of the hot tub was very reassuring. this made our holiday lovely.

There is lots to explore on the site from viewpoints to watch the sunset. we saw parks, woods, and even fishing spots along the river avon. it is a fantastic site. We loved this site location.

Vouchers for the food and drinks were great, i really appreciated that. the restaurant and pub was great value for money. Especially with the cocktail deal, always a bonus! that's why i loved the restaurant so much.
