Sandy Balls is set in a stunning natural environment, perfect for a family getaway. The new lodges are spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. However, the lack of clear communication regarding activities and slow customer service left a disappointing mark on our visit. While there are great amenities, improvements in service responsiveness could enhance the overall experience.

My recent stay at the resort had its highs and lows. The setting is beautiful, perfect for enjoying nature with family and dogs. However, the cleanliness and quality of the accommodation left a lot to be desired. While the staff in the pub were exceptional and created a welcoming atmosphere, the facilities, especially the swimming pool, need significant improvement. Overall, it has potential, but I wouldn't pay over a certain amount due to the inconsistencies.
